Battalion Bull Terrier 2020.2 - Elderberry & Port Barrel Aged Belgian Stout
9.0% ABV. 750ml bottle
From our Dogs Of War barrel-aged series!
We aged this for over a year on a lot of elderberries, in a 2nd fill port barrel: it's a balance of tartness from the fruit and tannins from the barrel, layered on a very smooth stout base.

A new Dog of War makes her label debut!
We've rested our 20-malt Baltic Porter 'Reign of Grain' - which already has a bit of smoke to it - in a peated whisky barrel for half the year. Now we've bottled it, to ensure a Happy Christmas.

Cats Of Chaos 2020.1 (Sauternes)

A Dogs Of War/Cats Of Chaos barrel-aged oddity!
An Imperial Lichtenhainer (a lightly sour smoked beer style), aged in a Sauternes dessert wine barrel, with a little Bergamot zest just to round it out.

A Dogs Of War/Cats Of Chaos barrel-aged oddity!
This iteration of 'Islay IPA' was in a fresh Islay barrel for about 24 hours, to pick up some peat without losing the freshest hop notes.
